Funeral service for Jimmy (Jim) Vandiver, 81, will be Saturday, December 14, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Hopewell Cemetery in Leighton, AL. Visitation will be Saturday, December 14, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Vandiver passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at his residence. He was born February 19, 1943, in Colbert County, to James Newton Vandiver and Laura Beatrice Hargis Vandiver.
He was a self-employed Truck Driver, prior to his retirement. Preceding him in death were his parents, a daughter; Renee Castle Vandiver, two sons; Clifton Ray Vandiver and Randy Wayne Vandiver, and a brother; Ronnie Vandiver.
