Jimmy D. Ryan, 72, of Hanceville, AL, passed away Friday. Mr. Ryan battled with Parkinson’s Disease for 15 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow Wilson and Joyce Earline Burleson Ryan, and sister, Nina J. Maples.
Survivors include brother, Woodrow Ryan (Lane); sisters, Brenda K. Bailey (Richard), Romania Kimball (Dale), and Connie A. Smith; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 11:00 – 12:00 noon Sunday, February 3, 2019, at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 12:00 noon in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Robert Gary Matroni officiating. A graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m. at New Salem Baptist Cemetery, Florette, AL.
