Jimmie L. Raburn passed away on Monday, Nov. 13, 2017, at the age of 77. His visitation will be Thursday, Nov. 16, 2017, from 11 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will follow at 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Elvis Cochran officiating. He will be buried in Colbert Memorial Gardens.
Jimmie was born in Hamilton, Alabama and retired from Bigbee Steel. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nealey and Margaret Raburn; wife, Frances Raburn; and brother, L.V. Raburn.
He is survived by his daughters, Cindy Farler (Mike) and Meloni Raburn (Jerry), both of Muscle Shoals; brother, Nelson W. Raburn, of Cleveland, Tennessee; and one grandson, Cale Choat.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
