Jim Tom Norman, Jr., 63, passed away Friday, November 7, 2025, in Itawamba County as the result of an automobile accident. He was born April 8, 1962, in Arkansas to Jim Tom Norman and Wanda Joyce Wallace Norman Miller. He worked in the construction industry pouring concrete and worked for Nautic Star Boat Builders in Amory. He was a shade-tree mechanic.
Survivors include three brothers, Barry Miller, Scotty Miller, and Greg Miller, all of Fulton; and one sister, Marcy Brown, of Biloxi.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Services will be private for the family. McNeece-Morris Funeral Home of Fulton is in charge of arrangements.
