Jim Heaps, 62, of Killen passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2016. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 12 noon at Elkins East Chapel. The funeral service will follow at 12 noon at the funeral home. Burial will be in Richardson Chapel Cemetery. Jim was the husband of Laura Hamner Heaps.
