Jewell T. Comeens-Adams, age 81, of Haleyville, Alabama passed away December 26, 2017. She was a member of Old Trinity Missionary Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Thursday, December 28, 2017 from noon to 2:00 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Haleyville. Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Charles Gilliland and Greg Chappell officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
Mrs. Comeens-Adams is survived by her husband, William F. Adams; children, Judy F. (Philip) Hyre; step-children, Mark F. Adams, Paul W. Adams and Tammie A. Adams; sister, Jayne Overton; and grandson, Randy Michael Lee.
She is preceded in death by her father, William Irvin Young; mother, Ada R. Young; brother, Luther Vaughn Young; grandson, Brad Scott Lee.
