Jewell Maxine Woodall Kelley, 87, died Sunday, March 26, 2017. Visitation will be today from 8 a.m until 1 p.m. followed by the service at Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens. She was the wife of Ray Farris Kelley.
