Jewell Dean Vasser Barnes, age 79, of Florence, passed away July 9, 2023. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 12th from 12:00 – 1:30 pm at Williams Funeral Home. A graveside service will start at 2:00 pm at Shoals Memorial Garden.
Ms. Barnes is survived by her two sons, Bryan Smith (Kim) and Greg Smith (Paula). Additional survivors include her sister, Barbara Dean; grandchildren, Sara Smith, Keri Smith, and Jenna Pounders (Chris); great-grandchildren, Brenden Brannon and Rory Pounders.
