Jetset Getset Gives an Interview

jetset 3Jetset Getset, with vocalists Tori Little, Avery Eliason, Sadie Loveland, and their musicians, are a group of mostly teenage performers. The vocalists took time out of their busy schedule Tuesday for the QuadCities Daily, and came into our office to give a short interview.

The beginnings of Jetset Getset appeared in 2011 in Indiana, when music teacher Kelli Jette assembled the group of young performers at local festivals.

The young singers say they perceive themselves as country music, but they do not believe they fit into the category of traditional country. The girls say their sound comes from a mixture of many different styles of music and actually began singing karaoke Motown renditions.

Since then the group has been slowly making a name for itself, landing itself on the CMA Who New To Watch in 2013, performing for many radio station including our local WLAY. They have release an album containing 10 of their original songs, and plan on doing more.

With the help of co-producer Jim Pierce, Jetset recorded at Catch This Music and Sound Control in Nashville. On this album, musicians such as Kerry Marx, Eddie Bayers, and Michael Spriggs joined in to make this album possible.

The Album “Saturday Night” features 10 of their original songs, and according to their Publicist Fred Anderson “the album is about life, love, and friendship.” This pop-country group is slowly making and name for itself and listeners should be on the lookout for the art of this group.
