Jessie James Garrard, age 35, died May 23, 2019. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 29, 2019, from 6 – 9 p.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home. The funeral will be Thursday, at noon in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Lindsey Chapel Cemetery. He is the son of James and Brenda Garrard.
