Jessica Lynn Lann, 33, passed away Sunday, December 27, 2015, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. She was born January 23, 1982. She was a resident of the North Mississippi Regional Center in Oxford where she attended church and school. She was an ambassador of love who touched many lives. She was blessed with many friends, caregivers, and acquaintances. She loved going on strolls and going to Walmart and the zoo.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 30, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton with Dr. Gregg Thomas and Bro. Smith Lilley officiating. Burial will be in Itawamba Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include her father, Jeff Lann and his future wife Tara Killian, of Tremont; her mother, Jan Lesley of Tupelo; one brother, Lee Wayne Lann; one sister, Jackie Hood of Southaven; her grandmothers, Verba Lucille Lann of Memphis and Charlene Senter of Fulton; and an aunt, Carol Moore of Poplarville.
She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, W. K. Lann and Garfield Lesley.
Pallbearers will be Shawn Evans, Shane Evans, Shannon Evans, Eric Tighe, Andy Harrison, and Perry Smith.
Honorary pallbearers will be Henry Lewis Williams, Basil Kennedy, Alex Franks, Wade Falls, Tim Falls, Tony Falls, Danny Lann, Mathew Lann, Daniel Hood, Mike Bennett, Jeff Phelps, Danny Cody, Carl Whitten, and Donald Scott.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, December 29, at the funeral home.
