Jesse Todd Couch Jesse Todd Couch of Arab, AL, passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2024 at Huntsville Hospital. Todd, as he was known by all who love him, was a beloved son, brother, husband, father, uncle, and honorary “Pappy.” Born on Sunday, January 29, 1961, in Marshall County, Alabama, he was the oldest of two sons to Jesse and Enell Couch. He exemplified what it means to be a family man. He loved his parents with his whole heart, continuing their legacy after their passing by maintaining the family farm. He was a devoted husband and a doting father, taking care to show his love in ways only he could. He worked for Redstone Arsenal for 36 years in addition to keeping up the family farm, illustrating his industrious spirit. His life was not without hardship and struggle, but he was not without faith – he personified what persevering in faith until the finish line looks like. His love and generosity towards others knew no ends. And he will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Todd is survived by his wife of 42 years, Diane Couch; his daughter, Emily Couch, his nephews, Jacob and Luke Couch; his mother-in-law, Dimple Pike; his brothers-in-law, Zebulon, Anthony, and Craig Pike; and his granddaughter, Ella Couch.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Jesse and Enell Couch; his brother, Timothy Couch; and his father-in-law, George Pike.
