Jesse James Mattox, 37, of Tishomingo, Mississippi, died Monday, September 16, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Iuka. He was a good-hearted person who enjoyed fishing and hunting. Visitation is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 21, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for noon on the same day, Saturday, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. Danny Young. Interment will follow in Williams Cemetery. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by his mother, Janet Mattox of Tishomingo; his grandmothers, Marie Mattox of Nettleton, MS and Geraldine Vanderford of Fulton, MS; and one brother, Newman (Misty) Mattox of Golden, MS.
