Jerry Wayne McDow, 78, of Flintville, Tennessee passed away on Monday at his home.

He was retired from Martin Industries and Engelhard and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.  He loved square dancing, singing, and was a gentleman farmer.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita McDow;  By his parents, William & Mary Mazie McDow;  His brothers, Kenneth McDow, Tab McDow and Dayton “Peavy” McDow;  His sister, Oveda Durham.

Surviving family members include his son, Wilson McDow;  His daughter, Joni McDow;  His grandchildren:  Reese McDow, Radlee McDow, William Howell, Allie Bonner, Emma Bonner, and AvaLynn Bonner; His step-children, Rebecca Brandon & William Earl Whisenant;  His sisters, Faye (Charles) Martin, Gail Rhodes, and Carol Bartholomew;  The mother of his children, Mary Alice McDow; His best friend, June Carol Rhodes Bowden.  He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.

There will be a graveside service on Sunday at 2pm at Macedonia Cemetery.
