Jerry Thomas DeKing, 72, of Huntsville, passed away Monday.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Ray DeKing; mother, Eleanor B. DeKing of College Station, TX; brother, Steve DeKing (Eileen) of San Antonio, TX; sister, Lynn Worley (Dave) of College Station; two granddaughters, Lacie Leann Dennis and Alyssa Watwood; three stepchildren: Robert Dennis (Gail), Angie Watwood (James), and Mike Dennis; a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Wayne and Beverly Ricketts of Huntsville, AL; and brother-in-law, Gary Ricketts (Sherry) of Huntsville.
The family will receive friends Saturday, Feb.20th from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home followed by a 5:00 p.m. memorial service. Rev. Steve Andrews will officiate.
