Mr. Jerry Ray Threet, Sr. age 75 of Decatur, AL passed away on Friday, March 23, 2018 at his residence. Mr. Threet was born June 19, 1942 in Limestone County to James Samuel Threet and Gladys Ham.
Mr. Threet was preceded in death by his parents, and his granddaughter, Rachel Nayman.
He is survived by his wife Tena Threet of Decatur, AL; sons, Jerry Ray Threet, Jr. and wife Annette and Jason Threet and wife Nancy both of Athens, AL; daughters, Jenny Threet of Athens, AL and Lora Lawrence and husband Tyler of Tacoma, Washington; grandchildren, Julian Threet, Sydney Rowell, Anna Lawrence and Cash Lawrence; great-grandchild, Nellie Ruth Rowell.
Celebration of Life Service will be Thursday, March 29, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday, March 29, 2018 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m.
