Jerry Ray “Pappy” Gamble, Sr., 77, of Burnsville, MS, passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2019, at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth. Jerry enjoyed golfing and was an avid Chicago Cubs fan. His favorite pastime was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. A memorial service is scheduled for Tuesday, April 9, 2019 from 6pm until 8pm, at his sister Ellen’s home at 508 West Third Street, Iuka, MS 38852. He is survived by his children, Valerie Hope, Jerry Ray Gamble, Jr., and Joseph Gamble (Kimberly); his brother, Ricky Gamble (Sandy); his sisters, Ellen Dickson and Linda Lee; his grandchildren, Rylan Gamble, Liam Gamble, Kristen Jourdan, and Allie Jourdan; his great grandchildren, Kylie Jourdan, Braxton McDonald, Eli Hand, Jax Armstrong, Sophie Armstrong, Georgi Armstrong, and Kash Potts; and several nieces and nephews.
