Funeral service for Jerry Lee Wilbanks, age 68, of Trinity, will be Monday, November 17, 2014, at 7 p.m. at Parkway Funeral Home with Marcus Lipscomb, Oscar Ray Gray and David Phillips officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. There will be a private graveside service at East Lawrence Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Wilbanks, who died Saturday, November 15, 2014, at his residence,
was born December 4, 1945, to the late Levert and Syble Wilbanks. His church affiliation was Independent Church of Jesus Christ. Jerry was retired and he enjoyed fishing, raising beagles, gardening and hunting.
Survivors include daughters, Jerri Wilbanks Ray and Lavon Wilbanks Parker; a grandchild, Heather Nicole Parker; brothers, Garlon Wilbanks, Jeff Wilbanks and Lance Wilbanks; sisters, Ann Terry, Carolyn Williams and Judy Mayfield.
Pallbearers will be Garlon Wilbanks, Lance Wilbanks, Jeff Wilbanks, Mitchell Jackson, Bill Mayfield and Larry Williams.
