Mr. Jerry Lee Phillips, 68, passed away Saturday April 2, 2016 at the Hospice Care Center of Chattanooga. He was born in Palmer, Tennessee on January 30, 1948 to David Foster and Rubie Nell Davis Phillips who preceded him in death along with his brothers, Spec. Marvin F. Phillips and Billy Phillips.
He was a member of the Hubbard’s Cove Church of God.
He is survived by his daughter, Mary L. Phillips, Manchester; sons, Bruce Wade Phillips, Manchester and Marvin Bradley (Kristi) Phillips, Gruetli-Laager; sisters, Mary Ruth (Mike) Shadrick, Palmer and Lucy (Paul) West, Jasper; brothers, James Earl Phillips, Morrison, Glenn (Terry) Phillips, Altamont and Kirk (Paula) Phillips, Gruetli-Laager; 8 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
