Jerry Lee “J.L.” Wallace, 67, of Lebanon, Tennessee, passed away July 22, 2018.
He was a devout Christian, husband, father, grandfather, Prophet, missionary, songwriter, and musician to all who met him. He was a member of the Alabama Music Hall of Fame and Muscle Shoals Sound Studios. He was also the vice president of Widgett Studios. He will be missed more than any words of any song can express.
He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Judy Wallace; daughters, Adia Marie Willingham and Amanda Lee (Christopher) Gray; grandchildren, Susan Grace Willingham, Abigail Elise Willingham, Alexander Nolan Gray and Isaac Camden Gray; siblings, Debra Sue Story, Cathy Grigsby and Ronald Wallace; and several loved ones also survive. He is preceded in death by parents, Arthur Lee and Lucielle Wright Wallace; and brother, Michael Wallace.
There will be a Celebration of Life service on Sunday, August 5, 2018 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Singing River Brewer Company, 526 East College Street, Florence, AL 35630.
