Jerry L. Davenport, age 69, of Summertown, TN passed away Monday, September 03, 2018 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from GE, owner and operator of Acc-U-Rite Tooling, and a member of New Prospect Baptist Church. Mr. Davenport served his country honorably in the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Fred Davenport.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM Thursday, September 06, 2018 at New Prospect Baptist Church. Funeral services will be conducted at New Prospect Baptist Church at 12:00 PM Thursday, September 06, 2018, with Brad Lowery and Jaime Hagan officiating. Interment will follow at Chapel Grove Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN with full military honors.
