Jerry Henderson, age 83 of the Lickskillet community, passed away on June 5, 2025 at his residence. He was born on September 11, 1941 to the late Arlen & Edith Twilley Henderson in the Lickskillet community. He retired from Vulcraft as a welder.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, June 7, 2025 at the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in the Walkers Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Henderson; son, Chris Henderson; step-children, Barbara Robertson, Darrel Prestwood, Jimmy Prestwood, and Carl Prestwood; sister & brother-in-law, Betty (Bob) Cole; 32 Grandchildren & Great-Grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews & cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
