Rev. Jerry E. Freeman, 82, of Parrish, passed away Monday, March 23, 2026, at his residence.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 2:00 pm in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be from 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm. Burial will follow at New Canaan Cemetery.
Rev. Freeman was preceded in death by his mother and daddy Wilburn and Addy Freeman, brother Harold
Freeman and son Jerry Mark Freeman.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Gloria Freeman, son Matthew (Lisa) Freeman, daughter in law Elizabeth Freeman (Mark) Patton, sister Glenda (Jerry) Blankship; grandchildren Bo (Tasha) Smith, Ashley Freeman (Andrew) Gray, Heather Freeman (Wayne) Matthews, Blake Freeman, Kaley Freeman, great grandchildren Aria Gray, Mason Matthews, Brachs Mathews, Wyatt Matthews, Zayden Smith
