Jerry Duane Ruth, 73, passed away Saturday, July 29, 2023, at NMMC-Tupelo, MS. Jerry was Vietnam Veteran serving in the United States Army. He retired from Belk Ford after 15 years. He loved being in the outdoors and tinkering with old vehicles.
Jerry is survived by his brother, Benny Ruth (Melinda); sister, Lamona Ruth Bramlitt; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Duane and Maxine Welch Ruth; his 2 sons, Brad and Chad Ruth; wife, Sandy Ruth; and his brother, Johnny Myron Ruth.
Services will be Monday, July 31, 2023, at 2PM at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc with Bro. Derek Finley officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, July 30th 5-8PM and Monday, July 31st 12PM until service time. Burial will follow in Williams Cemetery. Tutor Memorial Funeral Home of Pontotoc is in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers will be Micheal Ruth, Matt Ruth, Lane Bramlitt, Issac Finley, Hunter Brand, and Joseph Moore.
