JERRY BARNHILL
was born in Savannah, Tennessee on June 24, 1940 the son of the late Burnice and Grace Christine Linam Barnhill.
On June 9, 1961 he was united in marriage to Rita Austin, who survives.
Jerry was a retired millwright from PCA and also did farming work. He was a member of Barnhill Methodist Church in Savannah.
Jerry departed this life on March 6, 2014 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 73 years, 8 months and 10 days.
In addition to his wife Rita of 52 years, he is survived by his two sons, Greg Barnhill and his wife Angie of Savannah, Tennessee and Ricky Barnhill and his wife Carin of Alamo, Tennessee
three grandchildren, Will, Wes and Wade Barnhill, two step grandchildren, Derrick Frazier and his wife Claire and Daron Frazier
one step great grandchild, Mia Kate
one brother, Dan Barnhill of Savannah, Tennessee
one sister, Suzanne Barnhill of Memphis, Tennessee
