Mr. Jerrell Boyd Justice  Jerrell Boyd Justice, 76, died April 15, 2023, at Hospice Family Care in Huntsville.
Mr. Justice was born November 18, 1946, in Childersburg, AL, the only child of William Emmett Justice and Rosie Lee Foust Justice. He was married to the former Mary Frances Woodham for 56 years.
He was a 1965 graduate from Andalusia High School and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1978 from Troy State University. Mr. Justice also served his country in the U.S. Air Force for four years, stationed in South East Asia, during the Vietnam War. He was a disabled American Veteran.
Mr. Justice had a 35 year career with the U.S. Government, beginning his civil service as an electronics technician at Fort Rucker and retiring in 2002 as a Communications Project Specialist from the Strategic Missile Defense Command in Huntsville.
He was an avid New York Yankee’s fan and enjoyed watching countless hours of baseball, second only to spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife: Mary Frances Woodham Justice; son: Jeffrey Justice, daughter: Jeanna (Jason) Plunkett; daughter: Jackie Justice; grandchildren: Jonathan (Kensley) Plunkett, Jeremy (Karsyn) Plunkett, Jordan Burgess, Kyndall Bennett (Scoot), and Jamey Plunkett; greatgrandchild: Huxton Bennett.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, by visiting www.stjude.org/donate.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Arab Memorial Cemetery with Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel directing. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 18, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel
Pallbearers are Jeff Justice, Jonathan Plunkett, Jeremy Plunkett, Jordan Burgess, Jamey Plunkett, and Roger Justice. Honorary Pallbearer: Joey Justice.
