Jerre Callie Watson, 77, of Muscle Shoals, died January 19, 2018. Visitation will be Monday, January 22, from 5 – 8 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. A funeral service will be held at Highland Park Baptist Church, the following day at 1 p.m. The Body will lie in state prior to the service for 30 minutes. Brett Pitman will be officiating. Interment will be at Colbert Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Watson was preceded in death by his parents, Nealie Lackey and Callie Benton Watson; daughter, Chelly Watson.
He is survived by his wife, Jayne Watson, Muscle Shoals; daughters, Mimi Watson Pittman, Tuscumbia and Lea Ren Russell, Muscle Shoals; brother, Roger Watson, Marietta, GA; sister, Martha Norred, McKinley, TX; four grandchildren and one great – grandchild. Jerre was an owner of Hall and Watson Construction and a member of Highland Park Baptist Church. He loved his family unconditionally and loved his Lord.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. The family offers thanks to Kindred Hospice, especially Rachel and Fran.
