Jerod Heath Bradford, age 41 of Bremen, GA, passed away on Monday, August 24, 2026 at Tanner Medical Center.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 30, 2026 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday, August 31, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Coal City Cemetery.
Mr. Bradford was preceded in death by his Father-Johnny Ray Bradford; Grandfather-Johnny Ray Bradford, Sr.; Grandmother-Estelle Young; Grandfather-Clarence Young.
He is survived by his Mother-Rebecca Azain of Dothan; Stepfather-Robert Azain of Dothan; Daughter-Serenty Bradford of Bremen, GA; Brother-Chris Bradford of Crossroads, MS; Uncle-Stan Bradford; Niece-Reanne Bradford; Grandmother-Mary Bradford of Jasper.
