Jeremy Lou Curtis, age 53, of Double Springs, Alabama, passed away Wednesday January 8, 2025, at his residence. Jeremy was born 11 July 1971, in Haleyville, Alabama. He enjoyed grilling out, hunting, fishing, and being outdoors. Jeremy especially enjoyed Lovelady Lake. He especially loved his dog, “W.D.” or “Wrong Dog”. Jeremy is survived by his daughters, Adrienne, Ashley, and Autumn Curtis; grandsons, Kolten and Paxton Duncan; brothers, George “Butch” Curtis and his wife Lisa, Charlie Curtis and his wife Jennifer, and Todd Adtkins and his wife Delilah; girlfriend, Debbie Barton; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Peggye Alexander; father, Earl Curtis; grandparents, Charles and Lonella Jones; aunt, Bobbie Murray; uncle, Bill Murray; and first cousin, Robert “Bubba” Davis. A private memorial service will be held.
