Jeremy Lee Keller, 28, passed away on Monday, October 6, 2025. Affectionately known as ‘Lil Jr.’ or ‘Sparkplug,’ he was born on December 23, 1996, and was always full of life. He attended South Pontotoc High School and later graduated from Camp Shelby Military School. At just 17 years old, he joined the Army and served for four years. Jeremy was a devoted father to his daughter, Kinsleigh Rose Keller, and had a heart of gold, always putting others before himself. A spark in everyone’s life, he loved music, playing PlayStation, and spending time with his family.
Jeremy is survived by his daughter, Kinsleigh Keller; his mother, Rosie Gillespie; his father, Charlie Gillespie; his grandparents, Lois Keller, Mackie Keller, and Arweeda Gillespie; his brother, Joseph Keller; his sister, Angela Keller; his aunt, Tasha Hernandez; his uncles, Bobby Keller, Tony Hernandez, and Scottie Gillespie; his nephews, Ryder Keller, Lucas Kimbrough, and Peyton Keller; and his cousins, Riley Langford, Maddie Palmer, Lilyana Hernandez, Lexee Keller, Grant Keller, and Phillip Keller.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bobby Keller; great-grandparents, Ruby and John Hurley, and Rose Keller; uncles, Chris Keller, Eugene Keller, and David Keller; and his aunt, Hilda Glacier.
Visitation is scheduled for Sunday, October 19, 2025, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at Pleasant Grove Cemetery. The Graveside Service will follow immediately after, with Bro. Wayne Ward and Bro. Mason Hester officiating.
Pallbearers will be Joseph Keller, Chase Keller, Keith Pullin, William Blount, Nathan Blansett, and Josh Williams.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Grant Keller and Jimmy Garner.
