Jeremy David Hulgan, 45, of Rainsville, passed away Monday, June 27, 2022 at St. Vincent Medical Center in Birmingham. He was a fork lift operator at GameTime/Play Core.
He is survived by his parents David Hulgan and Dyana Knopps Hulgan and the love of his life Melissa Dawn Belcher and her son Kaythan Boyd.
A memorial service will be planned at a later time.
Wilson Funeral Home and Crematory of Fort Payne is in charge of arrangements.
