Jeremy B. Fowler, age 34, and a resident of Talladega, Alabama, passed away Monday, July 7, 2025 at Maury Regional Medical Center, in Columbia, Tennessee.
Born July 18, 1990, Jeremy was the son of the late Roy Lathem and the late Mary (Smith) Fowler.
Jeremy is survived by his brother, Terry Fowler of Alabama and sister, Amy Dunaway of Georgia.
