Jeramiah Charles Hyatt, 40, of Madison, passed away on Wednesday.
He was preceded in death by his father Lester Gordon Hyatt
He is survived by his wife; Mandy; children; Grace Burke Hyatt, Kristy Jane Hyatt, and Chance Dylan Novalis; mother; Sue Hyatt; brother; Josh Hyatt, Jake Hyatt (Jessie); sister; Eva Jane Kienle (Vincent); and two nephews; Chase Auton and Jaxon Hyatt; and many other loving family members.
He was employed with the U.S. Rocket Space Center where he received employee of the year in 2017.
The family will receive friends Friday from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home.
