Jennifer Rebekah Mahan Jennifer Rebekah Mahan, 17, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2026, in Pontotoc County, MS. She was set to be a senior at Pontotoc High School and proudly served on the archery team. A devoted member of West Heights Baptist Church, she put her faith in Jesus and followed him in believer’s baptism. Known as a true drama queen, Jennifer had a big heart for babies, kids, older adults, and all animals. She was true drama queen, with a bubbly personality, always up for fun and a good time, never meeting a stranger.
Jennifer is survived by her parents, Jamie and Christy Mahan, her siblings, Jeremiah and Jonah Mahan, her grandparents, Sue Mahan and Keith and Nancy Self, her uncles, Montana, Russell (Jane), David, Arke, Kelly, and Steve Mahan, her aunts, Martha Jean Shaw, Ann Castro (Joe), Sherry Mahan, and Tammy Conlee (Tim), numerous beloved great aunts and uncles and cousins, and the love of her life, Tyler Winter.
She was preceded in death by her sibling JJ Mahan, her grandfather, Bill Mahan, and her great grandparents, Annie Grose, Aaron and Steen Self, and Audrey Strawbridge.
Funeral Services will be held at 4PM on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at West Heights Baptist Church with Bro. David Hamilton and Bro. Ryan Moorman officiating. Visitation will begin at 1PM and continue to service time. Burial will follow in Turnpike Cemetery. Tutor Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc is assisting the family.
Pallbearers will be Jeremiah Mahan, Jonah Mahan, Tyler Winter, Drake Merritt, Ethan Stubblefield, and Colton Wooten.
