Our precious wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, sister and friend, Jennifer Ferguson Bryan, 71, passed away peacefully Saturday morning, June 24, 2023 in the comfort of her home following a brief illness.
Funeral Services remembering Mrs. Bryan will be at 1 PM Tuesday, June 27 in The Heritage Chapel of Ripley Funeral Home with Bro.David Blackwell officiating. Personal Reflection will be given by Bro. Paul Lewis and a graveside service will follow in the Falkner Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 PM to 8 PM Monday, June 26 and will continue from 9 AM to service time Tuesday, June 27 at The Ripley Funeral Home.
Mrs. Bryan was born July, 12, 1951 in Durant, MS, the daughter of the late Shorty E.N. and Nobie McCain Ferguson. She was a graduate of Winona High School and married her beloved husband, Bert Bryan in 1969. A homemaker throughout her life, Mrs. Bryan always placed her family first and was devoted to caring for all of them.
A member of Falkner Presbyterian Church, Mrs. Bryan enjoyed shopping, Elvis and traveling which included, cruises to various destinations, the beach to get her summer tan and the Smokey Mountains. She loved her family dearly and was always happiest when around them. Above all she was most proud to be “Grandma” to her much-adored grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband of 54 years, beautiful memories will continue to be shared by two sons, Chad Bryan (Tonya) and Josh Bryan (Summer), two special friends, Pee-Wee and Polly, a cousin, Jeffery Welch, nine grandchildren, Kayla Bryan, Logan Little, Dusty Rowland, Channing Bryan, Zoe Bryan, Alex Bryan, Bishop Bryan, Hartley Bryan, Haze Grace, and three great grandchildren, Kaegan Lee, Remi, and Kash Holmes.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bryan is preceded in death by her daughter, Michelle Lee Bryan Little, an aunt, Greta Faye and two special family members, Stacy and Carla.
