Mrs. Jenet Mae Springer Garner, 84, of Florence, passed away on June 12, 2016 at her residence. She was a member of Wood Avenue Church of Christ.
Visitation will be Thursday, June 16, from 5:00 -7:00 p.m. at Wood Avenue Church of Christ with the funeral service beginning at 7:00 p.m. Officiating will be Dr. Charlie T. Garner, III. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Jacksonville, Florida.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Elizabeth Springer; husband, Charlie T. Garner, Jr.; sister, Shirley Springer O’Hearn and her grandson, Michael LeFurgey.
Survivors include her sons: Charlie T. Garner, III (Peggy) and Carl Thomas Garner (Patti); daughters: Jamie Diane Garner Walker (Don) and Beth Garner Giselbach (Brian); sister, Betsy Springer Ryan (James); grandchildren: Sarah West (Nick), Miriam Parks (Jesse), Brendan Lowe, Braden Sickel, Jeremy Garner, Joshua Garner (Lisa), Daniel LeFurgey, Laurie Morris (Matt), Louise Jones (Dustin), Leigh Woodring (Nathan), Benjamin Giselbach (Hannah), Michelle Nicholas (Abel) and Brett Giselbach; great-grandchildren: Johnny, Charlie, Naomi, Tucker and River Parks, Austin and Crue LeFurgey, Chase and Kaia Garner, Ellie and Ethan Jones, Carlie Morris, Ezra Lee Giselbach, Baby Mae Giselbach, and Baby Alexandra Woodring.
Serving as pallbearers will be Brendan Lowe, Jesse Parks, Braden Sickel, Nick West, Matt Morris, Dustin Jones, Nathan Woodring, Jeremy Garner, Joshua Garner, Daniel LeFurgey, Benjamin Giselbach, Abel Nicholas and Brett Giselbach.
