Jeneda Marie Briley, age 91 of Nashville died Sunday January 28, 2024. She was a native of Maryville, Tennessee and was preceded in death by her parents, Estill Levi Hittle and Katie Hittle Williams, and a brother, Floyd Hittle, and husband George H. Briley.Heaven has gained an angel, Mrs. Briley. was a faithful servant and member of Trinity Church of the Nazarene as a Sundays School teacher and Board member. She was a current member at Smyrna Church of Nazarene. Mrs. Briley was a civil servant as a nursing assistant for over 20 years.
Mrs. Briley is survived by her children, Kenneth Briley and wife Pam, Helen Briley, Melida “Jewel” Klausner, Sandra Willard and husband Dan; grandchildren, Dewaine Briley, Dana Choate ,Mandi Carter and husband Jason, Chris Ghee, Rachael Neudecker, and husband Chris, Stephen Clarke and wife Cindy, and eight great- grandchildren; host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday January 30th 4:00PM to 8:00PM at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Wednesday January 31st 4:00PM to 8:00PM at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Funeral service will be Thursday February 1st 12Noon at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Pastor Tony Clemmons and Pastor Mike Proctor officiating.
