Jeffrey Ross Lively, 39, of Harvest, passed away Monday. Mr. Lively was preceded in death by his brother, Jeremy Lively.
Survivors include his father, Preston Lively; mother Vicki Lively; sister Melissa Lively; brother Taylor Lively; a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, and aunts; and host of friends.
The family will receive friends at Berryhill Funeral Home on a later date
