Jeffrey Morgan Downs , 54, of New Hope, passed away Saturday.
He was preceded in death by father, David Lewis Downs, mother, Brenda Jenelle Downs.
He is survived by his loving wife Tonya Minton Downs of 31 years, and their precious Chihuahua Chi Chi who was “Daddy’s” little girl”, brother, David (Gia) Downs, sister, Dinah (Shawn) Fichtner, sister, Denise (Mark) Campbell, father in law, Tives Minton, mother in law, Wanda Minton, brother in law, Trever (Angela) Minton, several nephews, nieces, cousins and friends and coworkers, Many thanks for all the love and care from Huntsville Hospital and Huntsville Hospital Hospice Family Care..
