Jeff was adopted by Joe & Janice Klevorn when he was 6 months old. Janice was deaf, so Jeff learned to sign at a young age. He loved Janice & was proud of all she accomplished. When Jeff was a young teen, Joe’s job took them to Kwajalein & Jeff LOVED it there. Joe is from St. Louis, so Jeff got his love of the Cardinals honestly & enjoyed watching the games & discussing them with his dad.
Jeff loved sports & playing them, especially baseball & football. He also loved making people laugh & entertaining others…whether he was acting, dancing, singing, or just chatting, he loved to make people smile.
Jeff loved education & had several degrees. He was actually looking into returning to college & completing his Master’s degree in the near future.
Jeff loved his Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ! As Jeff’s health declined, he grew closer to God & his faith deepened. If you only knew Jeff prior to this time, you missed out on him at his peak! He was truly a man of God.
Jeff & Susan went to high school together. They were in drama class together. During that time, they played a “Fred & Ethel” type couple in a play & later she played his mother when he starred in a suicide skit the class wrote & produced. That said, Susan was considered by most to be a “goody-goody” & Jeff was a bit on the wilder side, so they didn’t get along more than casually. About 30 years later, with both Jeff & Susan now MUCH closer to God, they started messaging on Facebook. Within a short time, they were in love, engaged, & married. Those looking on thought it was a bit of a whirlwind & it was, but they both KNEW that God had brought them together at the perfect time & they were God’s plan, so they put their faith in Him! They were only a couple for 19 months on this earth, but it was the best 19 months of either of their lives! NO HOLDS BARRED!
