Jeffrey Dale Etheredge, 51, of Town Creek, passed away Sunday, February 4, 2024 at Lawrence Medical Center in Moulton. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM at the funeral home with Bill Brazier officiating. Burial will be at Moulton Memory Gardens.
Born on August 9, 1972 to the late Lyndon and Frances Abbott Etheredge, Jeffrey worked at Nova Chemicals, loved riding horses, driving his tractor, and tending to his farm.
Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Gloria Bowman Etheredge; children, Tiffany (Ethan) Kirby, Elizabeth “Lizzy” Etheredge; granddaughter, Abigail Hood; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by his parents; paternal grandparents, Blaine and Ethel Etheredge; and maternal grandparents, D.A. and Clara Abbott.
Pallbearers will be Zackery Etheredge, Monty Morgan, Ricky Flannagin, Danny Hallmark, Randal Smith, and Tip Berryman. Honorary pallbearers are Ethan Kirby, Hunter Hood, and Dennis Goode.
The family extends special thanks to Centerwell Home Health, Greg’s Ambulance, and all who helped care for Jeffrey.
