Jeffrey Albert Johnson, 56, of Hazel Green, passed away Saturday. He is survived by his daughter, Charlotte Johnson; five brothers: Tim Gaines, Ricky Johnson, Roger Johnson, Jerry Johnson, and Johnny Johnson; step-father, Edward Gaines; and father, Otis Johnson.
No services are planned. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
