Mr. Jeffrey Alan Shrum, 53, of Winchester, Tennessee died Friday January 27, 2017 at his home in Palmer with his family at his bedside. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on May 15, 1963. He was preceded in death by his father, Carl Bailey Shrum; sister, Cathy Holt.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy White Shrum; mother, Fran Thomas; son, Justin Lee Shrum; daughter, Crystal Marie Shrum; brother, Carl Lee Shrum; sister, Mary Lynn Nevin; grandchildren, Matthew, Kyndra, Alexis, Makayla and Brayden; several nieces and nephews.
