He was united in marriage to Patricia Ann Neily in August of 1988. Patricia preceded him in death on March 23, 2014, following 25 years of marriage.
Jeff previously served the McNairy Community as a volunteer firefighter. He enjoyed fishing and was a talented musician, playing the guitar and singing gospel music for area churches and recording with Jen-Star Records. Jeff was Baptist in belief.
Jeff departed this life on November 14, 2017 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 57 Years, 3 Months, 18 Days. He is survived by two daughters, Dawn McNeely of Bethel Springs, TN and Amy Hood and husband Sean of Selmer, TN; a grandson, Brian Baker of St. Petersburg, FL, and many extended family and friends.
A graveside service will be scheduled at a later time.
