Mr. Jeffery Leon Tate, 56, passed away Wednesday March 30, 2016 at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga. He was born in Altamont, Tennessee on September 12, 1959. He was preceded in death by his mother, Willie Mae Flynn Tate.
He was retired Road Superintendent from the City of North Ridgeville, Ohio living there 49 years before returning back home to Gruetli-Laager, Tennessee.
He is survived by his wife, Patty Reiser Tate; son, Tom (Pam) Kerper, Elyria, OH; daughter, Tina (John) Kowalczyk, North Ridgeville, OH; father, Leon Tate, Gruetli-Laager; sisters, Janice Duke, Palmer and Ginger (Kirby) Wideman, Gruetli-Laager; grandchildren, Johnny, Vivian and Trevor; nieces, Lillie, Angie (Seann) and Jordan.
