Jeffery Lee Whaley, age 60 of Tullahoma, passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at his residence. A native of Franklin County, he was born in Winchester on September 8, 1964, to the late Howard Randolph and Margaret Katherine (Stills) Whaley. He had been employed at Tech Tank until the time of his retirement. An avid outdoorsman, Jeffery enjoyed hunting and fishing. In his younger years, he attended Oaklawn Baptist Church and most recently had been attending Rutledge Falls Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his cousin, Troy Hasty. Jeffery is survived by his brother, Timothy Whaley; niece, Brittany Whaley; uncle, Shirley Hasty; best friends, George and Mary Ann Taylor; and cousins, Tony Hasty and Anita Hasty. Visitation will be from 11am-1pm on Monday, June 30, 2025, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.
