Jeff Deforest McCully, 64, of Huntsville passed away on Monday. Jeff was born in Muscle Shoals, Alabama to Sue and Paul McCully. He graduated from Auburn University and had a 37 year career with Raytheon.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Kathleen Alice McCully; mother and father in-law, Nancy and Chuck Gaines and brother-in-law, Van Gaines.
Jeff is survived by his wife of 38 years, Paula McCully; daughter Abby Brown (Hunter) and son, Chandler McCully; grandchildren, Penelope Jane, Lyla Caroline, Jennings Lanier, Rowen Hunter and Briggs McClain; brothers, Steve McCully (Sandra) and Dan McCully (Christi); brother-in-law, Jeff Rowe and several nieces and nephews.
He adored his grandchildren, who were his pride and joy. Jeff always said as long as his family was happy, he was happy.
