Jeannett Scruggs age 71 of Athens, passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Ardmore Health and Rehab. Mrs. Scruggs was born September 11, 1946 in Limestone County, AL to Adron Ball and Lena Mae Massey Ball.
Graveside services will be Saturday, February 24, 2018 2:00 p.m., at Ripley Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:15 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home.
Survived by her husband, Roy Eugene Scruggs; three daughters, Lynette Campbell and husband, Randy, Bridgit Rena Spivey and husband, Pete and Tracey Greene and husband, Richard; 5 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one sister, Janet Webster and husband, Buddy; one brother, Douglas Ball; several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
