Funeral service for Jeane (Little) Alred, age 85, of Decatur, will be Saturday, August 11, 2018, 12:00 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Harold Little officiating. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to service. Interment will be in Old Town Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Ms. Alred, who died Thursday, August 2, 2018, at Huntsville Hospital, was born March 27, 1933, in Lawrence County. She worked in photography sales with Olan Mills Studios.
She is survived by one son, Roger Alred of Woodstock, GA; three grandsons, Doug Alred (Heather), Shawn Alred (Lynn), and Chris Alred; granddaughter, Chasity West; great-grandson, Coty Alred (Brittany); great-granddaughter, Kristina Welch; and great-great-granddaughter, Claire Alred.
