Jean 2Jean Noe Denton, 76, of Fairhope, Ala., formerly of Sheffield, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2013.
She is survived by her son, Richard Denton, and daughter, Renee James (Darryl); grandchildren, Jason Denton, Ryan Bradford, Nickolas Bradford, Shay James; great-grandchildren, Jacob and Olivia Denton; siblings, Donnie Bechard (Ernest), Gay Porter (Harold), Charles Noe (Charlotte), and Judy Bendall (Jimmy).
She is preceded in death by her husband William C. Denton.
Visitation will be on Monday morning from 10 to 11 a.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel in Tuscumbia. The funeral service will follow in the chapel of the funeral home. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens. Brother Clinton Busler is officiating.
Mrs. Denton was a member of the Methodist church. She was a very experienced world traveler. She and her husband, Bill, had many, many, experiences while traveling abroad. She was a well known insurance sales person, as well as the co-founder of The Corner Herb Store. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and all who knew her.
Pallbearers include, Harold Porter, Jimmy Bendall, Charles Noe Jr., Hal Porter, Tyson Noe, and Greg Kiel.
